sending you my best energies and thoughts, and thank you for still following my musical voyage.

after a looong hiatus, i’m back to writing you a letter. a lot has been happening this year, and soon more exciting releases and projects will be revealed, so stay tuned!

planetes on vinyl𓆸

i’ts a dream coming true to see my debut release Planetes coming out on vinyl for its 5 year anniversary!

planetes means “a wanderer” in greek, and i love how this word both describes the wandering of celestial bodies, and how we humans wander through life both on a physical and spiritual plane. wandering is being alive. wandering is moving, and everything is always moving and changing. shifting and transforming.

the music was created with recordings from a pilgrim trip in italy with my mother back in 2018 on a little cassette recorder and the music evolved from synth improvisations and the newly discovering of trusting sound as it is and create music from immediacy rather than concept. boris from seil records loved the music and managed to sell 4 reissues of the cassette tape over the years, which was illustrated by my friend Sarah Eun back then.

the new release is now out on Abstacke records and i love how Guillermo played with the original color scale and created a whole new piece of artwork along with the music. i took the time to remaster the six tracks on a nagra tape machine to give the old work a new noise dimension that i think will sound beautifully on vinyl.

along with the release its possible to get a limited press of a K7 i worked on as a little extra treat. i draw all the letters for the cover work made in collab with Guillermo. it is inspired by 70’s yoga tapes and contains a 20 mins guided meditation on one side that i based on the manifestation work i practiced the past 1,5 year.

it is meant as a serious offer for the listener to start their own manifestation practice although my experience as a meditation guide is limited and therefore on a revealing level of curiosity.

but, i love this format and i love to create with vulnerability and authenticity and experiment with sound as a healing and transforming tool in any possible way. maybe this will open up something somewhere and let bodies and spirits move in unpredictable directions. i believe that in the meeting with others vulnerabilities we get to see how they actually move and this allows us selves to be moved and to move through life with grace.

my brother and his friend took part in the sound team with me ~ congratulations to Alfred Bundgaard and Lukas Engelbreckt Jørgensen on the sound award at Dani Hrvatskog Filma for the sound design! they did some amazingly creative sound work so keep an eye open for the whole team behind the film <3

ambient abracadabra break 𓆹

i will be out for a little while from my monthly nts show, as my second child will see the light of day very sooooon ❤
this means i won’t be touring for a bit, and my next ambient abracadabra show at nts will be back may 5th 2025.
